The Promoter Chairman of "Precimax Tech" is Mr. M.S. Kumar, a Professional Director, from the Rane Group of Madras, & who has recently retired as the CEO of "Rane TRW ", and "Rane Madras Ltd.". He is a very respected "Technical Professional" in the Rane Group. It can be. stated with a sense of moderate pride that Kumar, was largely instrumental to bring the concept, design and development of "Power Steering" for the Auto Industry in the Country.

He is an active member of Madras Management Association, Madras Chamber of Commerce and Society of Automobile Engineers, India. He has more than 35 yrs of experience in the auto and auto ancillary industry as a senior executive ,he is also a faculty member of the Loyola Institute of Management.

Is a post graduate in commerce and member of Institute of Company Secretary New Delhi and Federation of Insurance Institute of India. He had been the Executive Director of TIIC (INR 3000 crores investments) premier state level financial institution, engaged in providing financial assistance to tiny, small and medium industries. Earlier he has had exposure in the investment dept of United India Insurance Company specializing in security and equity market and portfolio management. Presently on board of few prestigious companies.

A Bachelor in Technology from Anna University, Chennai. Mr. Iswaran is a second-generation entrepreneur, having managed the family business for over 15 years. Mr. Iswaran's understanding of the information technology industry led to his identification of the huge opportunity in the simulation and virtual prototyping business.

Sathya Raja has over 10 years experience in heat transfer and has provided innovative solutions in the field of heat transfer and thermo electrics. He has an M.S in Biomedical Engineering specializing and heat and mass transfer. He holds 3 patents and takes care of our U.S office.He has an MBA (with Honors) from the Wharton School,University of Pennsylvania.
