We have significant access to expertise in all aspects of product development. Utilizing latest tools such as FEM stress analysis, computation fluid dynamics/ heat transfer and simulation software we have successfully reduced design cycle time.

We also offer Rapid prototyping services through our associates. We go one step further and can help our customers with assembly, plant and tooling design as well.PTL offers both on-site design engineering and services at our facilities. Our engineers and associates are experienced in Fluent, Flotherm, Ansys/Flotran, Ideas, AutoCad, Matlab, CATIA, Pro/E, Multigen, Vega and Unigraphics, as well as UNIX Systems Administration, C++ programming. In addition we can provide with our associates other engineering software solutions and implement projects quickly.

There are currently more than 10 PTL engineers working in unison with customers at their sites in both short and long term assignments. PTL can maintain technical personnel in India for customers as well.
